Mylos Villa is a newly renovated 150m² luxury retreat, perfectly positioned 3.5km from Gaios in a serene location overlooking the west coast of Paxos. This modern and comfortable villa features a spectacular private pool, stunning sea views stretching to Anti Paxos, and is surrounded by pine forests and olive groves. With three bedrooms, contemporary amenities, and extensive outdoor living spaces, it offers an ideal blend of luxury and authentic Greek island living.

THE SPACE
The villa unfolds across two levels, showcasing refined contemporary design throughout. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with wall-to-wall sliding doors that flood the space with natural light and frame magnificent sea views. The living room offers comfortable seating around a flat-screen TV, flowing seamlessly into a dining area. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar. One double bedroom and a full bathroom with bathtub complete this level. Upstairs, you’ll find a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a spacious shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and quality linens. The villa’s crowning feature is its expansive outdoor space, featuring a large swimming pool, multiple terraces, and a built-in BBQ area with pool bar.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
While the villa offers a serene setting, a car is necessary for exploring the island and reaching nearby amenities. The property features multiple levels and steps, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Nestled in the heart of Paxos, Mylos Villa enjoys an elevated position in the tranquil area of Arvanitakeika. The property is ideally situated just 3.5km from the charming port town of Gaios, where you’ll find tavernas, shops, and the island’s vibrant waterfront. The nearest restaurant is a pleasant 600-meter stroll away, while the closest beach is 3.3km from the villa. The surrounding area offers excellent hiking opportunities through olive groves and ancient pathways. Vlachopoulatika village is just 300 meters away, providing a authentic glimpse of traditional island life.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT
The journey to Paxos begins with a flight to Corfu International Airport, followed by a boat transfer to the island. Gaios Port is 3.6km from the villa. We can arrange private transfers from Corfu Airport to Paxos, as well as car rental services for your stay. While we don’t coordinate hydrofoil tickets, we’re happy to assist with car rentals and sea taxi transfers to ensure a smooth arrival.
