Character homes in Paxos

Our homes are Paxiot houses with real character, restored with modern comforts and set among the olive trees. They suit couples and families who want more space than an apartment and a more personal feel than a modern villa. Every home is privately managed by our team and inspected before it is listed.

Where our homes are

Our homes are in and around Gaios and in the hillside villages of the island, including Mpogdanatika, Anemogiannatika, Fanariotatika and Kontogiannatika, where olive groves give way to sea views. Those near Gaios are within easy reach of the harbour; those in the hills offer more seclusion and need a car.

Homes

Who our homes suit

Our homes sit between an apartment and a villa: more space and outdoor living than a harbour apartment, with a more personal feel than a modern villa. They range from a one-bedroom home for two to three-bedroom houses for families of six.

What's included with every home

  • Bed linen and towels
  • A mid-stay clean and a final clean, with extra cleaning on request at a charge
  • Pool cleaning, where the home has a pool
  • A welcome pack on arrival
  • Cots and highchairs on request
  • Self check-in with a lockbox, or a personal welcome on request

Booking a home

In July and August the minimum stay is usually 7 nights; outside peak season, stays of 3–4 nights are often available. A 30% deposit secures your home, and the balance is due six weeks before arrival. Cancellation terms are shown on each listing before you book.

Before you arrive

Our local team can arrange a private chef, stock the kitchen and organise car hire, which we recommend for homes outside the villages.
