Julia House is a restored traditional stone house in Mpogdanatika, a small residential hamlet a five-minute drive from Gaios. Designed for two, it pairs original Paxian stonework with contemporary interiors, a private pool set among old olive trees, and a covered outdoor lounge for long evenings. The bedroom sits on the attic level under the eaves — cosy and characterful, with a lower ceiling in places — while the ground floor opens directly onto the pool terrace.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette charmante maison au calme au milieu des oliviers. A 5 minutes en voiture du port de Gaïos et idéalement situé pour ce rendre aux différentes plages de l'île aux alentours. L'hôte fut très réactive à nos messages/demandes. Absolument parfait, nous recommandons chaleureusement. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir très prochainement :)

We had a lovely stay here, the outside area was brilliant with lots of seating options / sun loungers and lovely pool! Inside was fully equipped, great bathroom and super comfy bed. Overall great stay thank you!
