Some providers confirm every booking themselves. You send a request with your date and time, and the provider replies within 24 hours. You won't be charged until the provider accepts.

At your villa or home, or at the provider's own place, as each service shows. Before you book you see the area; the exact address and your provider's details are in your trip once you've booked.

Every provider applies to our team first, and we review each service before it first goes live. Providers are independent and are responsible for their own licences and insurance.

Yes. Each service shows its cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate or Strict) before you book. A 3% fee is kept from a full refund when you cancel. If the provider cancels, you get a full refund.

Only guests who booked and used the service, within 14 days after it. Reviews are published as written, and the provider can reply once.
