THE SPACE
This refined 100-square-meter villa exemplifies sophisticated island living. The heart of the home features a light-filled living area with exposed wooden beam ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. The gourmet kitchen showcases premium wooden cabinetry, high-end appliances, and an elegant bay window overlooking the gardens. Two generously-sized bedrooms feature double beds dressed in luxurious linens, while two contemporary bathrooms offer premium fixtures and heated towel rails. The villa’s sophisticated interior design incorporates carefully chosen artwork and bespoke furnishings, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
While the villa offers serene seclusion, guests should note that a car is recommended for exploring the island. The charming 20-minute walk to Erimitis beach involves some uneven terrain.
LOCATION DESCRIPTION
Boikatika village provides an authentic glimpse into traditional Paxiot life while offering convenient access to the island’s attractions. The nearest restaurant is a mere 500 meters away, while Gaios, the island’s vibrant capital, lies 4.5 kilometers from the house. The iconic Erimitis beach, famous for its dramatic cliffs and sunset views, is accessible via a scenic 20-minute walk. Local tavernas, grocery stores, and bakeries can be found within a short drive.
GETTING THERE/TRANSIT
Access to Paxos is via hydrofoil or sea taxi from Corfu. The property is 4.5 kilometers from Gaios port. Upon request, we can arrange private transfers from Corfu Airport to the port, and from Paxos port to the villa. Car rental can be organized through our concierge service, recommended for exploring the island’s hidden gems.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We prioritize your privacy while ensuring support is always at hand. Self-check-in is available for seamless arrival, though our hosts can greet you upon request with a warm welcome and local insights. Throughout your stay, a dedicated PaxosRetreats representative remains available for any assistance needed.
