GETTING THERE/TRANSIT
Reach Paxos via ferry from Corfu International Airport (accessible by direct flights from major European cities). The new port of Gaios is 2.7 kilometers from the villa. We arrange private transfers from the port and car rental services for seamless island exploration. Ferry journey from Corfu takes approximately 1 hour. Private sea taxi transfers can also be arranged for a more exclusive arrival experience.

HOUSE RULES
• It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy of 5 guests during the entire stay
• Please inform your host immediately of any breakdown, damage, or accident occurring during your stay
• Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
• Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited
• Pool usage is at guests’ own risk; children must be supervised at all times
• Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighbors
• Pets are not permitted on the property
