THE SPACE:
The villa’s thoughtfully designed interior showcases a perfect marriage of comfort and elegance. The ground floor features a luminous open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that flood the space with natural light. The living room is appointed with designer furniture, a flat-screen TV, and carefully curated artwork. A fully equipped kitchen, finished in soft cream tones with traditional accents, opens directly to a charming BBQ terrace. The master bedroom on the ground floor provides direct pool access, with a separate modern shower room on the same level.

The upper floor hosts a romantic double bedroom with a stunning four-poster bed, vaulted wooden ceiling, and en-suite shower room. This bedroom is complemented by dual private terraces offering magnificent sea views. The villa’s neutral palette is thoughtfully accented with coral touches, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While the villa offers a scenic walking path to Gaios, the route is relatively steep and may not suit all guests. A car is recommended for optimal convenience. The terraced grounds mean supervision is required for young children around the pool area.

Kalliope Villa enjoys an enviable position overlooking Gaios, the charming capital of Paxos. The villa is just 1.5 km from the heart of Gaios, where you’ll find tavernas, cafés, shops, and the vibrant waterfront promenade. The nearest beach is 1 km away, while Gaios New Port is also 1 km from the property. The villa’s elevated location provides the perfect vantage point for watching the yachts and fishing boats navigate the crystal-clear waters below.

GETTING THERE:
The villa is accessible via Corfu International Airport, followed by a boat transfer to Paxos (1-2 hours depending on service). We can arrange private transfers from Corfu Airport to the port, and sea taxi or ferry tickets to Paxos. Upon arrival in Gaios port, the villa is a 5-minute drive. Car rental and port transfers can be arranged through our concierge service.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We prioritize our guests’ privacy while ensuring support is always at hand. Self-check-in is available for a seamless arrival, though our friendly hosts are happy to greet guests upon request.
