Dreamcatcher Estate is a magnificent 180-square-meter hillside sanctuary in Fanariotatika, Paxos, combining two stunning properties – Nemesis Villa and Celine Villa. This exceptional retreat features dual infinity pools, panoramic sea views, and contemporary architecture harmoniously blending with Mediterranean surroundings through thoughtfully designed terraced levels and natural stone walls.

THE SPACE
This extraordinary estate offers four sophisticated bedrooms across its two villas, each appointed with premium furnishings and modern en-suite bathrooms. The estate comprises multiple fully-equipped kitchens and living areas, ensuring comfort and independence for large groups or extended families. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout capture breathtaking sea views and flood the spaces with Mediterranean light.

In Nemesis Villa, the lower level features an open-plan living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The upper level houses a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a twin bedroom (convertible to double) with a separate bathroom.

Celine Villa’s lower level includes a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a flexible bedroom with double bed (convertible to two singles) and ensuite bathroom, plus a WC. The upper level, accessed via a separate entrance, offers its own living room, dining area, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom with tub.

Modern amenities include high-speed Starlink WiFi, comprehensive air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs, while outdoor features comprise multiple terraces, dining areas, and two infinity pools measuring 5x9m and 4x7m respectively.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
While Dreamcatcher Estate offers exceptional luxury and privacy, guests should be aware that the property’s hillside location means accessing different levels requires climbing stairs. The terraced design, while beautiful, may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. The estate’s location, while offering stunning views and privacy, means a car is necessary for accessing local amenities.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION
Nestled in the prestigious Fanariotatika area of Paxos, Dreamcatcher Estate enjoys an elevated position offering both privacy and convenience. The property is approximately a 10-minute drive from Gaios, the island’s charming capital, where you’ll find traditional tavernas, boutique shops, and local markets. The estate’s location provides easy access to several of Paxos’s most beautiful beaches, with the nearest being just 1.2 km away. Local mini-markets and traditional tavernas can be found within short driving distance. The area is known for its natural beauty, surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees, offering excellent hiking opportunities and spectacular viewpoints.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT
Paxos is accessible via ferry from Corfu, where the nearest airport is located. The journey from Corfu port to Paxos takes approximately 1 hour by hydrofoil. We can arrange private transfers and car rentals to ensure a seamless arrival experience. The villa is approximately 10-15 minutes from the main port of Gaios.

We prioritize guests’ privacy and comfort. Self-check-in is available, allowing guests to seamlessly settle into their Paxos retreat at their convenience. Upon request, our friendly hosts will greet them upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and local insights. GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the entire estate, including both villas, all outdoor areas, and both infinity pools. Electronic access codes for both properties will be provided prior to arrival, ensuring secure and convenient entry.
