THE SPACE:
This meticulously restored villa offers 160 square meters of refined living space. The heart of the home features an open-plan living area crowned by a traditional wooden ceiling, where comfortable blue sofas with vibrant accent pillows create an inviting atmosphere. The space flows seamlessly into a dining area with elegant seating for six, illuminated by designer lighting fixtures.

The fully equipped kitchen showcases cream cabinetry, modern appliances including a dishwasher, and a breakfast area perfect for morning coffee. Large French windows flood the space with natural light while framing views of the Mediterranean garden.

The sleeping quarters comprise three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. Two feature comfortable double beds with upholstered headboards, while the third offers twin beds – all dressed in premium linens in soothing blue and white tones. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, quality fixtures, and premium toiletries serve the bedrooms.

Outside, multiple terraced areas offer distinct spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The private pool (1.3-1.6m depth) is surrounded by premium sunbeds and features a glass safety barrier. A built-in stone BBQ area, various dining spaces, and comfortable lounge areas are thoughtfully positioned to maximize the stunning sea views.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While the villa’s elevated position provides breathtaking views, a car is essential for exploring the island and accessing amenities. The traditional stone construction may affect WiFi signals in some areas, though our Starlink connection ensures reliable internet access. The pool depth (1.3-1.6m) requires supervision for young children.

The nearest beach is a mere 1.2 kilometers from your doorstep, while local conveniences, including a well-stocked store (1.3 km) and traditional restaurants (1.5 km), are within easy reach.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
Access to Paxos is via sea transfer from Corfu, where direct flights arrive from major European cities. From Corfu, take a hydrofoil or sea taxi to Gaios port (3.1 km from the villa). We can arrange private transfers from the port or car rental delivery to the villa. The journey from Gaios port to Romanatika House takes approximately 10 minutes by car.
