THE SPACE:
Step into refined luxury at Sunset Villa, where contemporary design meets traditional Paxiot architecture. The thoughtfully designed open-plan living area creates a seamless flow between spaces, featuring a sophisticated white sectional sofa, designer lighting, and a stone-clad fireplace wall.

The state-of-the-art kitchen showcases white cabinetry with frosted glass details, marble-effect countertops, and premium appliances including dual ovens, a Nespresso machine, and a full-sized refrigerator. A elegant dining area accommodates eight guests comfortably.

Each of the four bedrooms offers supreme comfort with premium bedding and private balcony access. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds with ensuite bathrooms, while two can be configured as either kings or twins. The bathrooms are finished with designer fixtures, stone vessel sinks, and walk-in rain showers.

The outdoor space is truly exceptional, centered around an infinity pool with crystal-clear waters merging with sea views. A unique circular sitting area with a fireplace provides the perfect setting for evening gatherings, while the covered terrace features multiple lounging and dining zones. The outdoor kitchen includes a traditional pizza oven and BBQ facility.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The villa’s location requires a 600-meter walk to the nearest convenience store and 1.5 km to restaurants, making a car recommended for comfortable access. While the villa offers modern comforts, please note that the terrain is typical of Paxos with some steps and uneven surfaces. The property has a minimum stay requirement that varies by season, and we welcome guests aged 12 and above. Pets are not permitted.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
Access to Paxos is via ferry from Corfu Island, where the nearest international airport is located. Sunset Villa is a 2.7 km drive from Gaios New Port. We can arrange private transfers from the port to the villa, as well as car rental services to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
