Serenity Villa in Argyratika is a masterfully 120 sq.m stone retreat where traditional Paxiot architecture meets contemporary luxury. This elegant two-level villa features 3 sophisticated bedrooms, designer interiors, a private pool, and multiple outdoor living spaces. Set among ancient olive groves with stunning sea views, it offers an perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and refined island living just minutes from Lakka’s charming village and pristine beaches.

THE SPACE:
Serenity Villa exemplifies refined island living through its thoughtful design and premium appointments. The ground floor welcomes you into a sophisticated open-plan living space, where a contemporary fireplace serves as the focal point, complemented by designer furniture in soothing greys and navy blues. The fully equipped kitchen showcases high-end appliances, black granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, flowing seamlessly into an elegant dining area featuring a solid wood table with gold-accented chairs.

The sleeping quarters comprise three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed with a teal velvet tufted headboard and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms feature high-quality twin beds that can be converted into doubles, accompanied by luxurious linens and designer accents. Modern bathrooms showcase statement black and white patterned tiles, classic white subway walls, and premium fixtures.

The outdoor spaces are truly exceptional, centered around a private 7x4m pool with LED lighting. Multiple seating areas include premium rattan furniture with plush cushions, sunbeds, and an alfresco dining space complete with a BBQ. Atmospheric string lights and carefully planned landscape lighting create an enchanting evening ambiance.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Access to the villa is via stairs due to its elevated position, which may not suit guests with mobility challenges. While the villa offers privacy, the location requires a short drive to reach local amenities (1.5km). Air conditioning units are individually controlled in each room.

Local amenities include a mini market and restaurants within 1.5 kilometers, perfect for gathering supplies or enjoying local cuisine. The villa’s position provides easy access to both the serene east coast beaches and the dramatic west coast coves of Paxos, while Gaios, the island’s capital, is just 6.5 kilometers away.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
Paxos is accessible via ferry from Corfu, where direct flights arrive from major European cities. From Gaios port (6.5km), we can arrange private transfers to the villa. Car rental is recommended for exploring the island, which we can organize prior to your arrival. The villa offers private parking for guests.
