THE SPACE:
Crafted with local stone and designed for sophisticated comfort, Petres II Villa seamlessly merges traditional Greek architecture with modern luxury. The villa’s thoughtful layout spans two levels, accommodating up to six guests in absolute comfort.

The entry level welcomes you with an open-plan living space, where the dining area flows naturally into a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with premium appliances, including a SMEG refrigerator, ceramic hob, and dishwasher. The kitchen’s picture window frames breathtaking sea views, making even simple meal preparation a luxurious experience.

Each of the three bedrooms has been meticulously designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and private shower bathroom, while offering direct access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom provides flexible accommodation with twin beds and its own shower bathroom, also enjoying pool access. The third bedroom can be configured as either a double or twin arrangement, complete with an en-suite shower bathroom.

The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, centered around a magnificent 10x5m private pool. Multiple terraces and covered areas provide perfect spots for alfresco dining, relaxation, and contemplation, all while enjoying the stunning sea views and Mediterranean breeze.

The nearest restaurant is a mere 2.2 meters away, while local mini markets are within 2.4 kilometers, perfect for stocking up on essentials and local delicacies. The Paxos Medical Center is conveniently located 3 kilometers from the villa, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
Petres II Villa is 4.5 kilometers from Gaios New Port, where hydrofoils and ferries arrive from Corfu. We can arrange private transfers from Corfu Airport to Paxos, as well as car rental services for exploring the island. While we don’t coordinate hydrofoil tickets, we’re happy to provide guidance on scheduling and booking. The villa’s location makes it easily accessible while maintaining its exclusive atmosphere.
