Mistral Villa is an exquisite stone-built retreat perched in an elevated position near Lakka, offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. This sophisticated 4-bedroom villa harmoniously blends traditional architecture with modern luxury, featuring a stunning infinity pool, expansive outdoor living spaces, and elegant interiors. Nestled among olive and cypress trees, this 130-square-meter haven accommodates up to 8 guests in refined comfort.

THE SPACE:
Masterfully designed across multiple levels, Mistral Villa exemplifies Mediterranean luxury living. The villa’s heart is its luminous open-plan living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame spectacular seascapes. The sophisticated kitchen features premium wooden cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a welcoming dining area perfect for convivial gatherings.

The sleeping quarters comprise three bedrooms in the main house and an independent studio. The first-floor master bedroom offers a plush double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a designer shower. The twin bedroom shares the same level, accompanied by a pristine bathroom. The ground floor hosts another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, thoughtfully designed for accessibility. The lower-level studio provides additional privacy with two convertible single beds and its own bathroom.

Each space has been curated with premium furnishings, including comfortable beds dressed in crisp linens, elegant wrought-iron details, and tasteful décor that creates a serene atmosphere.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While the villa’s elevated position provides stunning views, it requires a car for convenient access to nearby amenities. The terraced grounds may require extra attention for families with very young children. Some bedrooms are spread across different levels, which might not suit guests with mobility concerns.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
Nestled in the charming area of Apergatika, Mistral Villa enjoys a privileged position on Paxos island. The vibrant village of Lakka is just 1.8 kilometers away, offering traditional tavernas, cafes, and shops. The crystal-clear waters of Lakkos Beach are within 500 meters, while the main port of Gaios is 7.3 kilometers from the property. The surrounding landscape is a tapestry of ancient olive groves and cypress trees, providing perfect walking opportunities for nature enthusiasts.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The villa is accessible via Corfu International Airport, followed by a boat transfer to Paxos. Private transfers from the port can be arranged through PaxosRetreats, as can car rentals for exploring the island. While we don’t coordinate hydrofoil tickets, we’re happy to advise on the best transportation options to reach Paxos.
