THE SPACE
This sophisticated villa unfolds across two meticulously designed levels, each offering dedicated living spaces that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The entrance level welcomes you into an elegant open-plan living area adorned with refined damask wallpaper, plush furnishings, and large windows that invite natural light. The pristine white kitchen showcases contemporary appliances and a breakfast bar, perfect for casual dining or morning coffee.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with premium linens and individual air conditioning. The master bedroom features a sumptuous double bed with an elegant upholstered headboard, while two additional twin bedrooms offer versatile sleeping arrangements, each decorated in soothing neutral tones with carefully chosen textiles and furnishings.

The outdoor sanctuary centers around a shimmering 9m x 4.5m pool, complemented by stone-paved terraces and comfortable loungers. A covered gazebo provides an enchanting setting for alfresco dining, while the traditional stone-built BBQ area invites culinary adventures under the stars. The terraced gardens, filled with Mediterranean plants and ancient olive trees, create multiple intimate spaces for relaxation.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The property is accessed via a typical Paxos hillside road, featuring multiple levels and steps throughout the garden. While within walking distance to Loggos, a car is recommended for exploring the island. The pool is unheated, and the property features two separate kitchen areas on different floors. Island infrastructure may affect WiFi speeds, and public transport options are limited.

Chryssa Villa enjoys an elevated position in Kontogiannatika, perfectly balancing privacy with accessibility. The picturesque fishing village of Loggos, with its waterfront tavernas and charming shops, lies just 700 meters away via footpath or 1.6km by car. The nearest beach is a mere 250 meters from your door, while the main port of Gaios is 8km away. This location provides an ideal base for exploring all three of Paxos’ enchanting villages – Gaios, Loggos, and Lakka.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT
Access to Paxos is via sea from Corfu, with arrivals at Gaios port, an 8km journey from the villa. We can arrange private transfers from the port for a seamless arrival experience. While the villa offers walking access to Loggos, we recommend arranging a rental car through us to fully explore the island’s hidden treasures.
