Set over two floors, Chloe Villa exemplifies refined island living with its thoughtfully designed spaces and premium appointments. The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living room featuring an open fireplace and direct access to the shaded outdoor areas. The fully equipped kitchen showcases elegant white cabinetry, modern appliances including an espresso machine and dishwasher, and opens to a sophisticated dining area adorned with a classic chandelier and nautical artwork.

The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom on the first floor, complemented by stunning sea views from its private terrace. Two additional bedrooms, one on each floor, offer twin beds and dedicated bathrooms, maintaining the villa’s sophisticated aesthetic with striped linens in soothing blue and white tones.

The outdoor space is truly exceptional, centered around a 53 sq.m infinity pool with integrated Jacuzzi. Two pergola-covered terraces with remote-controlled retractable awnings provide perfect settings for alfresco dining and relaxation, while the built-in BBQ area adds another dimension to outdoor entertaining.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While the villa offers exceptional privacy, please note that a rental car is recommended due to its hillside location. The property features some steps and different levels, which may require consideration for guests with mobility concerns. During peak summer months, the outdoor spaces can experience strong sun exposure during midday hours.

Perched above Mongonissi bay, Chloe Villa enjoys a privileged position offering panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and surrounding countryside. The vibrant town of Gaios is just 4.5km away, providing easy access to tavernas, shops, and the island’s main port. The nearest beach is a mere 600 meters away, while local restaurants can be found within 4km. The property’s elevated position ensures perfect sunset views and cooling sea breezes, while maintaining easy access to all of Paxos’ attractions.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The villa is located 6km from Gaios New Port, where hydrofoil services arrive from Corfu. We can arrange private transfers from the port to the villa, as well as car rental services to ensure comfortable mobility during your stay. While we don’t coordinate hydrofoil tickets, we’re happy to provide guidance on scheduling and booking.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We prioritize guest privacy while ensuring support is always available. Self-check-in is available for seamless arrival, though our hosts can greet guests upon request to provide a warm welcome and local insights.
