White Orchard Villa is a recently renovated vacation home in the vicinity of Lakka village, an ideal location for relaxing holidays, be it for couples, groups of friends or families, close to every amenity a popular tourist resort can offer.
The villa is modernly decorated, with a distinct feel, and it offers a multitude of facilities. The combination of the aforementioned characteristics with the spectacular swimming pool and the quiet location which is surrounded by olive trees offers guests a unique sense of relaxation.
The villa measures 160 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 guests with ease. When entering the villa, one can find the fully equipped kitchen, the living and the dining area. There are two bedrooms in total both on the upper floor, one equipped with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom and the second one with two single beds.
Stepping outside, the guests will find themselves in a calm environment, surrounded by olive trees. There is a lovely swimming pool, complete with sun lounges, a built-in BBQ, so that the guests can grill the meals they desire, and an outdoor dining area to savor them. You can relax sitting outside and letting the evergreen surrounding olive trees offer you a unique sense of peace – or, you can alternatively visit the nearby Monodendri beach, only 5 minutes drive.

- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
