Why standards

Every home we take on, we inspect ourselves.

We live and work on Paxos, and every home on Paxos Retreats is walked through by our team before a guest ever sees it. We look at three things: condition and design, safety and security, and working order.

Read them before you apply. If your home is close but not quite ready, we’ll tell you exactly what to change, and we’ll come back and look again.

Condition & design

How the home looks and feels, room by room.

    We look at your home against these standards, through your photos, a call and a visit from our team on the island.

    Decision

    We’ll tell you whether it joins as a listed home or as part of a collection, or what needs to change first.

    Set up and go live

    We set up your listing, prices and services together in your host extranet, and your home goes live.
