The interiors represent a fine combination of contemporary furnishings with traditional artworks that lend the villa a quaint yet luxurious appeal. All bedrooms are with double bed, en-suite bathroom and upper floor (attic) with sitting/dressing area. One of them in the upper floor is equipped with two single beds. All bedrooms have their own entrance.

- ● No refund if you cancel your booking at any time after it is accepted. Payments are non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day. ● We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover for you and your party. This will not only provide cover for you while you are away but will also provide cancellation cover should you, for whatever reason, be forced to cancel your trip.

- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.
