● The villa’s three-level layout requires climbing stairs, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns
● A car is recommended as the villa is a 10-minute drive from Gaios town

Situated in a peaceful location just 10 minutes’ drive from Gaios, Bacchetta Magica offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. The villa’s elevated position provides beautiful views while maintaining easy access to all amenities. Gaios, the island’s charming capital, offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and essential services including supermarkets and pharmacies.
The location is ideal for exploring Paxos’s attractions. Several beautiful beaches are within a 15-20 minute drive, and the picturesque ports of Loggos and Lakka are easily accessible. Local tavernas serving authentic Greek cuisine can be found within a short drive, and the villa’s position makes it perfect for both peaceful retreats and active holidays.
Getting there/transit:
Access to Paxos is via ferry from Corfu, where the nearest airport is located. The journey from Corfu Airport to Paxos takes approximately 1 hour by hydrofoil or 1.5 hours by sea taxi. Paxos Retreats can arrange private transfers from Corfu Airport to the port, and from Gaios port to the villa. Car rental is recommended and can be arranged through our team to ensure comfortable exploration of the island.

- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.
