- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.

Cordula, Regensburg, Germany said:The room is based close to everything but also quiet. After our first night they changed the matress for us which was very friendly and quick. The new matress was much better but we still felt a bit like lying in a hammock. Maybe it was problem with the slatframe. The terrace is now divided into two parts and the other part belongs to another room. We still had enough space and in the fridge was a bottle of complimentary water and vine for us!
