Armonia I is an exquisite, fully air-conditioned villa with two floors of functional living space equipped to host six guests comfortably. The ground floor boasts a fully-functional and fully-equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable and welcoming sitting area, and a dining area for you and your guests. There is also a very private and comfortable bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The upper floor consists of two comfortably-spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Amenities include a fridge, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, Wi-Fi, and your own private balcony.

- ● 100% refund if you cancel at least 2 months before check-in. ● 50% refund if you cancel at least 1 month before check-in. ● No refund if you cancel less than 1 month before check-in. ● Paxosretreats.com Service Fee (3%) is non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.
