Villa Peri is utterly unique on Paxos. Comfortable and unpretentious, Villa Peri is built from local stone in traditional Paxiot style. The interiors are light and bright with white wood finishes, original artwork and splashes of vibrant colour. The indoor lounge and modern kitchen are compact and well equipped.
Villa Peri is designed for outdoor living: sun loungers and umbrellas at the pools, a generous hammock for siestas, terraces dotted with inviting chairs and the convenience of covered dining areas plus two fully equipped outdoor kitchens.
A pleasant, downhill walk through olive groves leads to Monodendri and Lakkos beaches. Alternatively, take a drive to the tavernas and shops of traditional villages, Loggos and Lakka.

- ● No refund if you cancel your booking at any time after it is accepted. Payments are non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day. ● We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover for you and your party. This will not only provide cover for you while you are away but will also provide cancellation cover should you, for whatever reason, be forced to cancel your trip.
- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% non-refundable deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.
