Petres I Villa is a charming two-level villa overlooking the placid blue Mediterranean Sea. The first elements of the villa that will catch your attention are the wide, open spaces, the natural light within and the feel of the cool sea breeze moving through the villa.
This modern and decadently large villa includes a spacious living area that is perfect for hosting even a large gathering of friends. High ceilings and large windows allow the crisp sea breeze to pass through every room of the villa, gently. The wonderful sense of space extends to the large, open, fully-equipped kitchen and the spacious stone-pillared patios that extend around the villa. The lower level is made up of three full-sized bedrooms that have been designed and furnished with your every need in mind. Three elegant full-sized baths made of natural stone are equipped with luxury fittings, bath and shower.

- ● No refund if you cancel your booking at any time after it is accepted. Payments are non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day. ● We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover for you and your party. This will not only provide cover for you while you are away but will also provide cancellation cover should you, for whatever reason, be forced to cancel your trip.
- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.
