This masterfully restored stone villa spans 80 square meters of refined living space, thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of Greek island living. The ground floor welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen featuring blue accents and premium appliances, complemented by an intimate dining area for four. The adjacent sitting room opens to a dining space that seats eight, perfect for convivial gatherings.

The master bedroom on the ground floor offers an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terraces. The first floor houses a versatile double bedroom that can be configured as twins, alongside a charming single bedroom, sharing a well-appointed bathroom. A unique patio area doubles as an office space, ideal for those needing to stay connected.

Situated in the serene Mpoikatika area, the villa enjoys an elevated position offering spectacular sea views. The famous Erimitis Restaurant is a mere 1 kilometer distance, while the stunning Erimitis Beach is 2 kilometers away. GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The villa is accessible via Corfu International Airport, followed by a short sea transfer to Paxos. We can arrange private transfers from Corfu airport to the port, and sea taxi services to Paxos. Car rental is recommended for exploring the island, which we can arrange for your convenience. The property is approximately 15 minutes drive from Gaios port.
