THE SPACE:
The Round House presents an exceptional living experience across three thoughtfully designed levels. The crowning jewel is the spectacular circular living room at the top level, featuring 4.5-meter-wide windows that frame breathtaking sea views. The space is adorned with elegant furnishings and a vaulted wooden ceiling with ambient lighting.

The entrance level houses the master bedroom, featuring a luxurious double bed with premium linens, an en-suite shower room, and a private scented courtyard. The sophisticated décor combines classic elegance with modern comfort, highlighted by a distinctive red and grey striped ceiling.

The lower level, accessed via a separate entrance, offers a second double bedroom with a convertible sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. This suite includes an en-suite shower room and direct access to a private terrace with a plunge pool.

The outdoor spaces are designed for sophisticated relaxation, featuring a circular ozone plunge pool (3.5m diameter) with underwater seating, surrounded by stone terraces. The fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and covered dining area create an ideal setting for alfresco entertaining. Multiple terraces are dotted with comfortable loungers, a generous hammock, and strategically placed seating areas to capture the magnificent views.

Nestled in the prestigious Apergatika area of Paxos, The Round House enjoys an elevated position that captures stunning sea views. The location offers a perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. A pleasant downhill walk through ancient olive groves leads to the crystal-clear waters of Monodendri and Lakkos beaches. The charming villages of Loggos and Lakka, with their traditional tavernas and boutique shops, are just a short drive away (2 km). The area epitomizes the authentic charm of Paxos, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and traditional stone walls.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The villa is 7.3 km from Gaios New Port. We can arrange private transfers from the port to the villa. Car rental is recommended for exploring the island, which we can organize for your convenience. While the property is accessible by foot to nearby beaches, a vehicle is necessary for comfortable access to villages and amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
