Simatan Villa is an exquisite 200-square-meter retreat perched above the crystalline waters of Kaki Lagada beach. This architectural masterpiece seamlessly blends traditional Paxiot stonework with contemporary luxury, offering panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. Featuring a private infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and six elegantly appointed bedrooms, this villa provides an unparalleled luxury experience just moments from Gaios Town.

THE SPACE:
Step into a world of refined elegance where every detail has been meticulously curated. The villa’s grand living area showcases floor-to-ceiling windows framing the endless sea views, complemented by designer furnishings and natural stone walls. The state-of-the-art kitchen features premium appliances, colorful tile accents, and a central island perfect for culinary exploration.

The sleeping quarters comprise six thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The upper floor hosts two double bedrooms with king-size beds and one twin bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms and private sea-view balconies. The ground floor features a double bedroom with direct pool access, while the lower level offers a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities. A separate entrance leads to an exclusive bedroom suite with its own bathroom and kitchenette.

The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with multiple terraces, a shaded dining area, and a romantic day bed pavilion. The infinity pool and jacuzzi provide the perfect vantage point for admiring the coastline, while the fully equipped gym and sauna offer wellness opportunities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While the villa offers exceptional privacy, please note that the access road includes some typical Greek island narrow sections and is uphill. The beautiful stone steps connecting different levels of the property may require attention from guests with mobility concerns.

Nestled in one of Paxos’ most prestigious locations, Simatan Villa commands an enviable position above Kaki Lagada beach. The vibrant Gaios Town, with its charming boutiques, traditional tavernas, and bustling harbor, is just a short drive away. The surrounding area offers a perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility, with pristine beaches, olive groves, and hiking trails all within easy reach. Local markets, bakeries, and authentic Greek restaurants are found within a 2-kilometer radius.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The villa is accessible via Corfu International Airport, followed by a boat transfer to Paxos. Private transfers from the port can be arranged through PaxosRetreats, as can car rentals for exploring the island. While we don’t coordinate hydrofoil tickets, we’re happy to advise on the best transportation options to reach Paxos.
