Petres I Villa is a charming two-level villa overlooking the placid blue Mediterranean Sea. This modern 140 sq.m retreat seamlessly blends traditional stone architecture with contemporary comfort, featuring three elegant bedrooms, a private pool, and expansive terraces. Just 50 meters from the beach, the villa offers breathtaking sea views and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens.

THE SPACE:
The villa’s thoughtful design maximizes both comfort and views throughout its 140 square meters. The entry level welcomes you with an open-plan living space flooded with natural light through large windows. The living area features comfortable seating with blue and white coastal accents, opening directly onto a sea-view terrace. The fully equipped kitchen showcases blue-grey cabinetry, modern appliances, and a dining area with charming gingham details.

The lower level houses three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and private shower bathroom, while a second bedroom features twin beds and its own shower bathroom. The third bedroom can be configured as either a double or twin room, also with a private shower bathroom. All bedrooms feature air conditioning and access to outdoor spaces.

The outdoor areas are truly exceptional, with multiple terraces featuring both sunny and shaded spaces. The 10x5m private pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, while various seating areas with blue and white striped textiles provide perfect spots for relaxation or alfresco dining.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The villa’s hillside location means there are several sets of steps throughout the property and gardens. While this creates the stunning terraced layout, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. A car is necessary for accessing local amenities and exploring the island.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
Located in the Balos area near Gaios, the villa enjoys a privileged position just 50 meters from the nearest beach. The charming town of Gaios is 2.4 km away, offering tavernas, shops, and the island’s vibrant harbor life. A mini market can be found 2.4 km from the villa, while the new port of Gaios is 4.5 km away. The villa’s elevated position provides spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding olive groves that characterize Paxos’s landscape.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
Access to Paxos is via hydrofoil or sea taxi from Corfu. The villa is approximately 4.5 km from Gaios New Port. We can arrange private transfer service from the port or car rental for your convenience. While we don’t coordinate hydrofoil tickets, we’re happy to provide guidance on booking these services.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We prioritize guest privacy while ensuring support is always available. Self-check-in is available for seamless arrival. Upon request, our hosts will provide a personal welcome and local insights. GUEST ACCESS:
