Peri Villa stands as a masterpiece of traditional Paxiot architecture in Apergatika, where centuries-old stonework meets contemporary luxury. This exclusive three-bedroom retreat features a sophisticated indoor kitchen and a charming outdoor kitchen, complemented by an 11x5m infinity pool with adjoining toddler pool, and panoramic sea views that capture the essence of Mediterranean grandeur.

THE SPACE:
The villa unfolds across two meticulously designed levels. The ground floor showcases a sophisticated open-plan living area with white wood finishes and original artwork. The master bedroom features a luxurious double bed with premium linens, while the second double bedroom offers equal comfort. Both share access to two refined bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub and the other a walk-in shower. The modern indoor kitchen comes equipped with high-end appliances and elegant cabinetry. The lower level houses a tranquil twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, perfect for additional guests or children.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While the villa offers a serene retreat, please note that a car is necessary for convenient access to nearby amenities. The walk to beaches, while scenic through olive groves, involves some elevation changes. The villa’s multi-level design may require consideration for guests with mobility concerns.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
Nestled in the prestigious Apergatika area, the villa enjoys an elevated position offering spectacular views across the Ionian Sea. The charming village of Lakka, with its boutique shops and traditional tavernas, is just 1.8 kilometers away. The crystal-clear waters of Lakkos Beach lie within 150 meters, while the famous Monodendri Beach is a mere 500-meter stroll through ancient olive groves.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
Gaios New Port is 7.3 kilometers from the villa. Private transfers from the port can be arranged through PaxosRetreats, as can car rentals for exploring the island. While we don’t coordinate hydrofoil tickets, we’re happy to advise on the best transportation options to reach Paxos.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
