The thoughtfully conceived open-plan layout maximizes both space and comfort. The sleeping area features a premium double bed adorned with high-quality linens and is complemented by ambient lighting and coastal-themed artwork. The kitchen, finished in sophisticated sage-green, comes with modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The living area showcases a comfortable double sofa with chevron accent pillows and a contemporary round dining table with iconic Eames-style chairs. The bathroom features a rain shower, basin with floating vanity, and fixtures. Large windows with elegant lace curtains flood the space with natural light while maintaining privacy. The covered veranda, furnished with comfortable outdoor dining furniture, provides an ideal setting for alfresco meals.

The vibrant town of Gaios is just 1.8 km away, where you’ll find charming tavernas, cafes, and shops. The nearest restaurant is a mere 170m walk, while the closest beach is 2.4 km from the property. A convenience store is located 1.7 km away. The location provides an ideal base for exploring Paxos’ pristine beaches, historic olive groves, and picturesque harbors.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The property is 2.7 km from Gaios New Port, where hydrofoils and ferries arrive from Corfu. We can arrange private transfers from the port to the property, as well as car rental services to ensure comfortable exploration of the island. While the nearest restaurant is within walking distance, a car is recommended for accessing beaches, shopping, and other island attractions.
