Maris Studio offers comfortable accommodation for up to three guests in the heart of Paxos Island. Located just steps from Gaios Main Square, this beautifully appointed studio combines modern amenities with traditional Greek charm. Featuring a private sea-view balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and elegant interiors adorned with exposed stone walls, this studio provides the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for your island getaway.

THE SPACE:
This thoughtfully designed studio showcases a harmonious open-plan layout that maximizes both space and comfort. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with high-quality linens, while an additional folding bed can accommodate a third guest. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-ring stove, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing delicious meals.

The living and dining area features a elegant white dining table with comfortable chairs, complemented by relaxing lounge chairs with nautical-striped cushions. A flat-screen TV and air conditioning ensure modern comfort. The contemporary bathroom is fitted with a shower, modern fixtures, and thoughtful touches including a heated towel rail.

A highlight of the property is the private balcony, furnished with a wooden dining set and comfortable chairs, offering enchanting views of the sea and traditional terracotta rooftops.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The studio is accessed via a spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. While the location is central, occasional ambient noise from the nearby square might be noticeable during peak season. The folding bed is most suitable for a child rather than an adult.

Maris Studio enjoys an enviable location in the heart of Gaios, the main town of Paxos. The property is just 20 meters from the nearest restaurant and 500 meters from the closest beach. The vibrant Gaios Main Square, with its charming cafes, traditional tavernas, and local shops, is within a few minutes’ walk. The main port is 1 kilometer away, while the nearest clinic is 1.5 kilometers from the property. This central location provides the perfect base for exploring all that Paxos has to offer.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The studio is easily accessible from the main port of Gaios (1 km). We can arrange private transfers from the port with car/minivan for your convenience. While a car isn’t necessary given the central location, we can assist with car, boat, or bike rentals if desired. The nearest bus/public transport stop is 200 meters away.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We prioritize our guests’ privacy and comfort while ensuring support is always available. Self-check-in is available for seamless arrival.
