THE SPACE:
The villa spans 90sqm of thoughtfully designed living space. The open-plan living area features premium leather sofas, designer rattan pendant lighting, and a smart TV. The modern kitchen comes equipped with white cabinetry, wooden open shelving, full appliances including a washing machine, and an Illy espresso machine. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom provides twin beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and decorated in a chic coastal style with quality linens. The bathrooms showcase contemporary fixtures and designer geometric tiling.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The villa’s location requires a car for access as walking to amenities isn’t practical.

Situated in the peaceful area of Mpogdanatika, the villa offers a tranquil setting while maintaining easy access to amenities. Gaios town is just 1.6km away, offering tavernas, shops, and vibrant harbor life. The nearest restaurant is 1km from the villa, while mini-markets and pharmacies are located 1.6km away in Gaios. The property’s elevated position provides beautiful distant views over the east coast of Paxos.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The villa is accessible via Gaios New Port (2km). We can arrange private transfer service or car rental for your convenience. While we don’t coordinate hydrofoil tickets, we can assist with organizing private transfers, car rentals, and sea taxi transfers to help you reach your destination comfortably.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We prioritize guest privacy and comfort. Self-check-in is available, allowing guests to seamlessly settle into their Paxos retreat. Upon request, our friendly hosts will greet you upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and local insights. Throughout your stay, a dedicated PaxosRetreats representative will be available to assist with any needs.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, outdoor areas, and all indoor facilities. Self-check-in details will be provided before arrival.
