OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that the bedroom is located in the attic level, accessed via stairs, making Julia House unsuitable for guests with mobility issues or those who have difficulty with stairs. The property features stairs both to access the attic bedroom and within the outdoor areas. The house is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to respect our neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially in the evenings. While the house offers complete privacy, it’s situated within a small community of traditional homes. A car is necessary to explore the island and reach beaches and restaurants, as the property is not within walking distance of major amenities.

Here you’ll find local markets for fresh produce, traditional tavernas serving authentic Greek cuisine, and boat trips to the famous Blue Caves and neighboring Antipaxos. The charming fishing village of Lakka, known for its horseshoe-shaped harbor and excellent restaurants, is also within easy driving distance.

Paxos’s stunning beaches, including the popular Vrika Beach on Antipaxos and the secluded coves along the western coast, are all accessible by car or boat. The island’s compact size means that no destination is more than 20 minutes away, making Julia House an ideal base for exploring everything Paxos has to offer while returning to your private sanctuary each evening.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT
Julia House is accessible from Corfu Airport (10 minutes to Corfu port, then 1-hour ferry to Paxos). Private transfers and car rentals can be arranged through Paxos Retreats. The property requires a car for exploring the island and accessing beaches and restaurants. Ferry tickets to Paxos must be arranged independently, though we’re happy to provide guidance on schedules and booking procedures.
