Emerald Blue Villa is an architectural masterpiece perched dramatically above the western cliffs of Paxos, where contemporary luxury meets traditional Ionian craftsmanship. This 170-square-meter stone villa features an infinity pool merging with the horizon, three elegantly appointed bedrooms, and multiple terraces offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. THE SPACE:
Step through the private entrance into a world where every detail has been meticulously crafted. The main villa, spread across two floors, showcases a sophisticated living area adorned with crystal chandeliers and a stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features premium appliances, elegant cabinetry, and a charming dining nook with panoramic sea views.

The master bedroom, crowned with a vaulted ceiling and crystal chandelier, offers a king-size bed with a tufted headboard, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a built-in bathtub with spectacular sea views. Two additional bedrooms continue the theme of refined luxury, one with a queen bed and romantic canopy, the other with twin beds, both complemented by ensuite bathrooms with rainfall showers and designer fixtures.

The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with an infinity pool seemingly suspended above the sea, multiple terraces with built-in stone seating, and covered dining areas perfect for alfresco entertaining. The wave-like pergolas provide artistic shade while maintaining the stunning views.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The villa’s clifftop location means there are some areas with heights without rails. The property may not be suitable for children under 12 or those with mobility concerns. The path to the secluded bay below requires a 5-minute walk and comfortable footwear.

The picturesque harbor town of Gaios, with its boutiques, tavernas, and vibrant waterfront, is just a short drive away.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The journey to Paxos begins with a flight to Corfu International Airport, followed by a scenic boat transfer to the island (approximately 1 hour). Private transfers from Corfu airport to the port and sea taxi services can be arranged through Paxos Retreats. Car rental is recommended for exploring the island, which we can gladly arrange for your convenience.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
