THE SPACE:
The villa is thoughtfully divided into two distinct living spaces. The lower level offers a spacious open-plan area combining a sophisticated living room, dining space, and a fully equipped modern kitchen finished in sleek dark grey cabinetry. This level also includes a versatile bedroom with a double bed (convertible to twins) with an ensuite bathroom, plus an additional bathroom with shower.

The upper level, accessed via its own private entrance, features a luxurious bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. Both levels showcase premium finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private terraces that maximize the stunning sea views.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The villa’s two-level design with separate entrances ensures complete privacy between spaces. While this layout offers excellent separation, it includes stairs and may not suit guests with mobility concerns.

Situated in prestigious Fanariotatika, just 2.2 km from vibrant Gaios town, the villa offers an ideal balance of privacy and accessibility. The nearest beach is 1.2 km away, while local amenities, including a convenience store, are within 500m.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
Access to Paxos is via ferry from Corfu, with the journey taking approximately 1 hour by hydrofoil. The villa is 3.2 km from Gaios New Port, and we can arrange seamless transfers and car rentals for your convenience.

While we respect your privacy, our support is always available. Self-check-in is provided through a secure keybox system, with optional personal welcome upon request.
