Bettie Villa is a refined 105m² retreat nestled in the olive groves of Mpogdanatika, just minutes from Gaios. This thoughtfully designed single-level sanctuary offers three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and an inviting private pool. The villa’s expansive verandah, featuring mesmerizing sea views and a traditional rock pergola, creates the perfect setting for alfresco dining and relaxation.

THE SPACE
The villa unfolds across a single level, showcasing an elegant fusion of contemporary comfort and traditional Paxiot architecture. The heart of the home is a bright, open-plan living area where a well-appointed kitchen with sleek grey cabinetry, wooden countertops, and high-end appliances (including an illy espresso machine) flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces. French doors bathe the interior in natural light and lead to the pool terrace.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms – one with a queen bed and pool terrace access, and another with twin beds – share a central bathroom finished in marble-effect tiles. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and offer crisp linens and ample storage.

The outdoor space is equally impressive, centered around a private swimming pool (4m x 7m, depth 0.8-1.65m) surrounded by a stone-paved terrace. A built-in BBQ, hanging egg chair, and multiple lounging areas beneath the traditional pergola create distinct zones for relaxation and entertainment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The villa’s hillside location means navigating some steep sections when approaching the property. A car is essential for comfortable exploration of the island and accessing nearby amenities.

Within 1 kilometer, you’ll discover your nearest restaurant, while essential amenities including a mini-market and pharmacy are 1.6 kilometers from the villa. The New Port of Gaios, your likely arrival point, is a convenient 2-kilometer drive.

The villa’s elevated position rewards guests with spectacular views across the Ionian Sea and the Greek mainland, while the surrounding olive groves provide a quintessentially Paxiot setting. This location offers easy access to the island’s best beaches, traditional villages, and hiking trails.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT
Corfu International Airport is the gateway to Paxos, followed by a scenic hydrofoil or ferry journey to Gaios Port (2km from the villa). Private transfer services from the port can be arranged through our concierge team. While we don’t coordinate hydrofoil tickets, we can assist with car rental and local transportation needs. The villa’s location requires a car for comfortable exploration of the island.
