Bacchetta Magica is an exquisite 220-square-meter luxury villa nestled in the verdant hills above Gaios, Paxos. This architectural masterpiece harmoniously blends contemporary design with traditional stone elements, featuring four sophisticated bedrooms, five designer bathrooms, and a stunning infinity pool. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame magnificent forest views, while premium amenities including Starlink WiFi, full air conditioning, and a gourmet kitchen create an exceptional island retreat.

THE SPACE:
Bacchetta Magica unfolds across three thoughtfully designed levels, offering an unparalleled luxury experience. The heart of the villa showcases a spectacular open-plan living space where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with natural light. The bespoke kitchen, finished in elegant sage-green cabinetry, features a generous island with bar seating, premium appliances including Nespresso machine, full-size refrigerator, and comprehensive cooking facilities.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed between the entry and upper levels. The entry level hosts two elegant bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The upper attic level features two additional bedrooms – one double and one twin – each with their own ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom is finished with designer fixtures, vessel sinks, and premium materials.

The living spaces are adorned with custom pendant lighting, exposed wooden beam ceilings, and natural stone walls. The lower level offers an additional living area with glass-railed staircase, entertainment options, and a convenient fifth bathroom. The outdoor space is truly exceptional, featuring an infinity pool surrounded by stone walls, multiple terraces with designer rattan furniture, and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While Bacchetta Magica offers a luxurious stay experience, guests should be aware of a few considerations. The attic bedrooms have a lower ceiling height which may not suit very tall guests. The villa’s three-level layout requires climbing stairs, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. The sea view is partial rather than panoramic. A car is recommended as the villa is a 10-minute drive from Gaios town.

Gaios, the island’s charming capital, offers a variety of sophisticated restaurants, traditional tavernas, boutique shops, and essential services including supermarkets and pharmacies.

The location is ideal for exploring Paxos’s attractions. Several pristine beaches are within a 15-20 minute drive, and the picturesque ports of Loggos and Lakka are easily accessible. Local tavernas serving authentic Greek cuisine can be found within a short drive, and the villa’s position makes it perfect for both peaceful retreats and active holidays.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
Access to Paxos is via ferry from Corfu, where the nearest airport is located. The journey from Corfu Airport to Paxos takes approximately 1 hour by hydrofoil. Paxos Retreats can arrange private transfers from Corfu Airport to the port, and from Gaios port to the villa. Car rental is recommended and can be arranged through our team to ensure comfortable exploration of the island.
