This 50 sq.m retreat offers convenient accommodation for up to 4 guests, featuring two well-appointed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony overlooking the charming streetscape and azure waters.

THE SPACE:
The apartment showcases meticulous attention to detail throughout its 50 square meters. The living area presents a contemporary open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen featuring designer patchwork tile backsplash, premium appliances including Zanussi oven, and ample storage. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished – one with a double bed and tufted headboard, the other with twin beds, both featuring quality linens and access to private balconies with sea views. The modern bathroom includes a shower, AEG washing machine, and premium fixtures.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While the central location offers convenience, please note that the apartment’s position on a bustling street means you may experience some ambient noise, particularly during peak season. The property is accessed by stairs with no elevator available, which may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Street parking can be challenging due to the central location.
