THE SPACE:
Arokaria IV Studio is a beautifully renovated 70-square-meter space that perfectly blends traditional Paxiot architecture with modern comfort. The interior features exposed stone walls and wooden beam ceilings, creating an atmosphere of authentic charm with contemporary luxury.

The open-plan living area showcases a comfortable white sofa with vibrant red accent pillows, a large flat-screen TV, and a built-in fireplace with ambient lighting. The custom-designed kitchen boasts whitewashed wooden cabinetry, modern appliances including a dishwasher and built-in oven, and a live-edge wooden dining table that seats 4-6 guests.

The sleeping area is thoughtfully separated by elegant bamboo screens, featuring a plush double bed with premium linens, designer pendant lighting, and a vintage-style dresser. The sophisticated bathroom combines natural stone with modern fixtures, including a walk-in rain shower, contemporary vessel sink, and luxurious toiletries.

The crown jewel is the spacious covered terrace, furnished with high-quality rattan furniture, perfect for al fresco dining and lounging. Retractable awnings and a ceiling fan ensure comfort throughout the day.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Property is accessed by stairs. While centrally located, some ambient town sounds may be heard. Parking is available but not directly at the property. The terrace is partially visible from neighboring properties.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
The property is accessible via Corfu International Airport, followed by a ferry or hydrofoil journey to Paxos (approximately 1 hour). We can arrange private transfers from Corfu Airport, port pickup on Paxos, and car/scooter rental delivery to the property or port.
