Apeiron Villas are two separate villas which can also be booked as one complex. Each villa has its own infinity swimming pool overseeing the Ionian Pelago, a large external living room by the pool with a magnificent view as well as a dining table covered by a white bamboo pergola. Olive trees, lemon trees, jasmine plants, and bougainvilleas surround the two traditionally built villas.
Each villa has two floors. The ground floor comprises of the living room, the kitchen and the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom consists of two single COCOMAT mattresses that can be brought together. Going up the stairs, the second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom can be found. This second bedroom has a double COCOMAT mattress. A large balcony on the 1st floor oversees the Ionian Pelago. The living room has a large built sofa which can accommodate a fifth person. The living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with inverter A/C units while the two bedrooms also have ceiling fans. The living room has a fireplace as well as a TV.

- ● 100% refund if you cancel at least 2 months before check-in. ● 50% refund if you cancel at least 1 month before check-in. ● No refund if you cancel less than 1 month before check-in. ● Paxosretreats.com Service Fee (3%) is non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.

Louise, United Kingdom said:We loved our stay at the villa. It’s a modern, tastefully decorated space with great amenities and unspoilt views of the sea, just like the pictures. Paxos Retreats were excellent hosts, with easy communication from start to finish and were kind enough to leave a well stocked welcome basket and selection of goodies in the fridge to get us started on arrival. The villa is close to the restaurants and bars of Gaios (approx 20 minute walk) and far away enough to feel like a retreat. Loggos and Lakka are a 15/20 minute taxi away. I would definitely stay again.
