Villa Androniki is a recently built home located close to the charming little fishing village of Loggos, with a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea, surrounded by olive trees. This four-bedroom villa of modern architecture, incorporate with natural materials as part of the decoration and furnishings. The interior is spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. The sunny living room displays a blend of epochs; materials and styles while the bedrooms are decorated in soothing tones with vivid colors.
Traditional design and exceptional comfort extend to the outdoor areas, where a shaded dining area overlooks the swimming pool and terraces with sofas and sun beds enable the guests to relax under or out of the sun.
On the upper level, the three bedrooms have outstanding sea views from a spacious front terrace with outdoor seating. On the lower level of the house, there is a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, the living room, and dining area. At nighttime, hidden lighting transforms the outdoors, adding an enchanting and romantic quality to the majestic natural scenery.

- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
