Any taken deposit is fully refunded.● 22-30 Days: In case the booking is cancelled between 30 and 22 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee.● 01-21 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 30 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee. ● Paxosretreats.com Service Fee (3%) is non-refundable.

- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.

Good communication prior to holiday. Definitely use the 40 euro shopping delivery service to stick up on bottled water, beer,wine etc all heavy stuff as the walk up from harbour is very steep, uneven and dark. You pay for shopping separately so make the most of it as you will not enjoy carrying heavy stuff up in the heat. We were on first floor up an exterior staircase too so quite physically challenging. But the view from the balcony is beautiful, stunning and worth the climb. The apartment was spotless and the sheets were changed 3 times in the 2 week stay along with fresh towels. The bed was king-size and just firm enough. The air con was very welcome and quiet too. You have to flick the trip switch to heat the shower if you like acreally hot shower. The kitchen is well supplied with coffee maker toaster and full hob oven and fridge with freezer compartment. Best apartment we have stayed in on Paxos, just the hill was challenging! -

Marion, France said:Very nice tastefully renovated and comfortable apartment (good bedding in particular). The pretty terrace allows you to enjoy a great view. Restful stay. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, bus and taxi station a few minutes away to explore the island, a 20-minute walk/5-minute drive from the new port where the boats land). On the other hand, the slope to get there is steep-it’s not for everyone. We had some difficulty finding the place having only had one gps address: feel free to contact the hosts before going up the slope. The check-in process was not very clear to us. But during the rest of the stay, they were responsive.

Our host was always around to help us out with booking boat trips / finding the apartment. Location is perfect – just a 2 minute walk right into the centre of Gaios. Can completely recommend this booking! Thank you once again!
