The Petres II Villa is situated close to the Mediterranean Sea, in Gaios – the main port of Paxos, and designed to provide you with relaxation and peace of mind.
Built with local stone, the Petres II Villa is complete with three large, spacious and gloriously exquisite, full-sized bedrooms with modern features, and built to accommodate up to six people comfortably. Decorated in colours that mimic the brilliant white of the clouds against clear blue skies, each bedroom is modern and contemporary, and fitted with king-sized beds, bedside tables, sofas and spacious cupboards.
A fully-equipped and well-lit kitchen includes a BBQ, ceramic hob, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are three full baths. Each bath is fitted with walls of windows and warm, natural stones on the floor and walls. The bathrooms are extremely utilitarian, modern and decadently opulent. Heated towel rails, modern hydromassage showers, WC and a luxurious tub make-up each bath.

- ● No refund if you cancel your booking at any time after it is accepted. Payments are non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day. ● We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover for you and your party. This will not only provide cover for you while you are away but will also provide cancellation cover should you, for whatever reason, be forced to cancel your trip.
- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.
