- ● 100% refund if you cancel at least 2 months before check-in. ● 50% refund if you cancel at least 1 month before check-in. ● No refund if you cancel less than 1 month before check-in. ● Paxosretreats.com Service Fee (3%) is non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% non-refundable deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.

Kristi D’Arcy, Switzerland said:I can’t say enough great things about Paxos Retreats, especially Marina, who was of great and consistent help throughout my family’s recent 3-week stay in a villa on Paxos. Even before arriving, Marina took exceptional care of us, including scrambling to secure last-minute hydrofoil tickets when our sea taxi suddenly canceled. We were in mid-flight, but by the time we landed, all was sorted for us. This attention to detail continued throughout our entire stay. I would happily and whole-heartedly recommend booking with Paxos Retreats again. Efcharisto!
