- ● 100% refund if you cancel at least 1 month before check-in. ● 50% refund if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in. ● No refund if you cancel less than 15 days before check-in. ● Paxosretreats.com Service Fee (3%) is non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.

Carla Barahona said:My family spent 4 nights in the Nafsika apartment in the HEART of Gaios, Paxos. Great location, lovely modern apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and great AC. Steps from 3-4 fantastic (the best) restaurants in town. We loved it and would return and highly recommend it and Paxos Retreats services – everything was just as it was supposed to be – including the private transfers Marina arranged for us.
The only negative is that the water comes and goes, so sometimes you have to wait to shower.
