The Space
The stone house RASALU which until 100 years ago was a part of the complex of the residence of the lord of Linaratikos Paxos, is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove and is located at the end of an old traditional village of the island.
Linaratika was an area near the present village of Fanariotatika of Paxos. The village of Fanariotatika is about two kilometers outside the center of Gaios.
The ground floor of the house consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom is located in the comfortable attic connected by a handmade iron staircase to the ground floor. The whole house is air-conditioned.
Next to RASALU there are the other renovated stone houses of the Lord of Linaratika, one with two floors and the other ground floor that are rented to visitors.
Other things to note
The house is 300 meters from the rocks of the western part of the island. Walking 10 minutes from the path, between olive trees and cypresses, reaching the end of the western part of the island, one can admire the amazing view of the capes of LANITRU and PRASES, the beach AVLAKI, the beautiful NERANDU.
At a distance of 30 meters from the house there is an amateur space within the traditional local household with some chickens, some ducks, turkeys and 2-3 goats.
Guests can swim at the nearest beach, Avlaki, just a 5-minute drive away.
All the beaches of the island are ten to twenty minutes by car.

- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 1 month prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required.. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.
