The villa houses two large bedrooms, two spacious baths, a living area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and accessories. On the outside, you can lounge around the well-maintained garden area with a glass of your favorite drink or take a refreshing swim in the iridescent waters of the private pool while soaking in the warm Mediterranean sun. With the nearest sandy beach located barely 100 meters away, you will never be short of fun activities to revel in during your stay at the villa.

- ● 100% refund if you cancel at least 2 months before check-in. ● 50% refund if you cancel at least 1 month before check-in. ● No refund if you cancel less than 1 month before check-in. ● Paxosretreats.com Service Fee (3%) is non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
