The Space
Villa Callista is a beautiful old two-storey stone mansion built on the top of a hill. It was the residence of the Lord of the Linaratika area in the southwestern part of Paxos. It was completely renovated in 2021 with the aim of remaining as much as it was 200 years ago.
Stone on all the walls, combined with wood on the roofs and floors of the first floor. 16 mm iron worked by hand, the frame and the handrail of the staircase with wood at each press that leads to the first floor.
The ground floor of the Villa consists of living room, kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fitted kitchen, large refrigerator and a bedroom with twin beds and its own bathroom.
The entire upper floor has a bedroom with a living room and a large bathroom. The whole mansion is air conditioned.
The house is 300 meters from the rocks of the western part of the island. Walking 10 minutes from the path, between olive trees and cypresses, reaching the end of the western part of the island, one can admire the amazing view of the capes of LANITROU and PRASES , the beach AVLAKI, the beautiful NERANDO.
Guests can swim at the nearest beach, Avlaki, just a 5-minute drive away.
Other things to note
Next to the Villa there are two other renovated ground-floor houses where the workers who worked in the olive groves of the Lord lived. Today they are rented to guests. At a distance of 30 meters from the house there is an amateur space within the traditional local household with some chickens, some ducks, turkeys and 2-3 goats.

- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 1 month prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required.. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.
